Cogeco Email Setup on the Iphone (Rogers)

Here we will walk you through the quick way of setting up your Cogeco email address on the Iphone, running Rogers service.
So, lets get to it :)
1. Choose Settings on your Iphone
2. Choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars from the Settings menu.
3. Choose Add a New Account
4. Select Other
5. Select Add Mail Account
6. Type in Your name, Cogeco email address and Cogeco email password
7. Choose POP
8. Enter pop.cogeco.ca for the incoming mail server (POP). Enter your Cogeco email address for your username and your Cogeco email password.
9. Enter smtp.rogerswirelessdata.com for the outgoing mail server. But, do not
enter a username or password. SSL should be set to OFF, and Authentication
can be left at the default: Password
As soon as you exit the setup screen you should be up and running with your Cogeco email address on your Iphone, running Rogers wireless service.

I bought a iPhone 4S I am with Cogeco I had mail it doesn't operated very well I followed instructions above this morning my Cogeco mail box was empty . I have Hotmail and Gmail and no problem my default account is with a Cogeco .My out going server is Rogers I I love this phone I am so disappointed with the lack of interest Rogers and Cogeco has to fix this problem , we have all our cable, phones and Internet with Cogeco. I did phone Cogeco they told me to phone Rogers . I wondered what happened to my email that I had in my account with Cogeco anyways .
